You just can't beat free advertising! There are quite a few "Bump Sites" for your eBay sales, your store, your blog, your My Space profile, etc. The Bump Sites with the new Speedy Bump Script (or program) are even easier to use then ever.

Here's how:
Add an eBay item number and click: SPEEDY BUMP then your item will be shown in the first box on the website.
  • Paste/Insert an eBay listing in the box
  • Add up to FIVE DIFFERENT items at a time (no repeat items please)
  • Check back and once your items have been “bumped” OFF THE PAGE, not showing anymore, THEN you can insert five more items and start all over again!

Sit back and watch the traffic grow from my busy website with over one thousand visitors a day! Then visit some of the other sellers sharing their items on the Speedy Bump. We have some AMAZING eBay sellers visiting our site!

After you BUMP on my site, visit the others and see what rules they have to promote your items on their speedy bump too:

Have you ever been to a LIVE AUCTION?
My husband and I followed the lead of our son-in-law (who got us started in eBay originally) going to an auction in our area a few weeks ago. The excitement is palpable from the salute to the American flag, until the last box lot auction is finished.

We have made a Friday night date night out of this and really enjoy it. The minute he gets ready after work, we are off to grab a quick bite to eat and check out what will be offered on the auction block that night. Our s-i-l sometimes checks out another auction and calls us to see what is on review at our end, telling us what will be offered where he is.

We got our number assigned and just watched the first week, although we were both dying to bid on something... anything. Finally, we cautiously moved into bidding once we felt we could handle the action and we have actually done quite well. Most memorable is a Playmobil Train set we bought for $20 a few weeks ago. Before we bid, I used my iPhone and the eBay app. to see that a similar train set had sold for $159 the previous week and we took the plunge. We also got a Playmobil box car of the same vintage for just $7.50 although I didn't see any completed listings for it.

When we got the train home, we noticed that the bottom of the box was missing but the foam insert was still there and in pretty good condition and the train was in great condition. The box top had quite a few scratches and tears and tape marks on it too. Inside the box we got a surprise. In addition to the original contents were a bunch of Playmobil figures and train station luggage carts and cars, even a dolly, many pieces of luggage, books, a purse, hats, a clock tower etc. I added 3 Playmobil people I had not been able to sell that were of the same vintage and separated them into another pile.

The Train Set with all the original contents sold for $125... nice profit for the $20 investment. We made another $34 on the extra people with the train station gear, and $80 on the single box car.

Most of the things we have bought at that auction are sold already so we will be back for more this Friday night. See if there is an auction in your area!
